When you hire equipment from mr bounce bouncy castles in Derby, you will be asked to sign a form which outlines our responsibilities and your own to us after we have given you a full safety briefing and answered any questions you may have!
These responsibilities are reproduced here.

Your Responsibilities
Unit must be supervised at all times
The use of Silly string ,Party poppers & Confetti are strictly forbidden
as they permanently damage the unit with staining!
Only advised numbers of use
No Over 14,s on children,s equipment
Please kindly note
larger bookings at we do ask for a Safety Security Deposit due to bad past experiences cancellation and misuse !
We do Not take deposits for hires under £130
We only deliver in derby to private/ home garden parties and only on grass
artificial grass can be considered but a photo is required to assess
Ensure that all users remove their footwear (except socks) and any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects from their persons such as buckles, pens, purses etc. Spectacles are best removed.
Bouncy castles, bounce & slide combo,s & Disco Domes
Not allow anyone to bounce on steps /front apron.
Not allow anyone to climb or hang on the outside wall or do somersaults.
Not allow users who are taller than the outside walls when standing on the inflated bouncing surface to use the device.
The operators should be proactive and use a whistle or other device and take action at the first sign of any misbehaviour.
Ensure that the equipment is not overloaded you will be advised on numbers on each individual unit
Larger or more boisterous children should be segregated from small ones and the number of users at anyone time should be limited to that figure which allows each user enough room to play safely.
Strictly NO Adults with children
The equipment should never rub or chaff on any object.
Slides Combos
No more than one child at a time on the slide part (No adults). and only six children at any one time on the whole unit
No somersaults, vaulting or wall climbing allowed. Not to be used when wet.
Our Responsibilities
All anchor points are intact and not damaged.
Anchor Points are not worn or chaffed.
Anchor stakes and their location remain sound for continued use.
The wall to tower linings are not torn.
There are no holes or rips in the surface or seams of the bed and step from apron.
When fully inflated all walls and towers (when flitted) are firm and upright and the pressure in the bed and step/ front apron are sufficient to give a reliable and firm footing.
The blower has no exposed wires or loose bolts. screws etc and that the mesh guards over the air inlet and outlet are secured intact.
Electric cables are not worn or chaffed and that plugs, sockets and switches are not damaged.
Bad weather conditions
Bad weather cancellation as standard!
( weather assessed upto and onto day of hire due to ever changing & updated forecasts )
We will Cancel your booking by telephone or in person if we feel the Weather conditions are dangerous especially high winds/gales
( wind speeds of 24mph & above not permitted)
Adverse weather conditions thunder ,lightening & heavy constant rain
