We have always cleaned Our equipment professionally and carefully cleaned inside and out with disinfectant
and in addition now use anti-viral sanitiser too.
We polity remind that on collection too that the unit must be cleared, cleaned and checked by you too
Ideally please have your own extension lead plugged in ready and positioned to where you would like the rear of the unit to be thank you
COVID threat level reduced but we still must be aware & safe
The UK’s corona virus alert level has been downgraded its chief medical officers have said.
Under the current level, the virus is considered to be “in general circulation” and there could be a “gradual relaxation of restrictions”.

COVID-19 Announcement.
We now provide a fully assessed delivery and installation service for our inflatables, leaving you with everything you need to have a wonderful, but most importantly, safe experience.
1) Social distancing rules will apply, , We set-up and collect
2) Anyone with covid-19 symptoms CANNOT hire.
3) Secure gardens only with no public access.
4) Only private parties for you and your family & friends in accordance with current government approved Derby area guidelines.
5) We must be able to access your back garden through an external side passage, as regrettably
we cannot take the equipment through your house.
The above are the steps that we are taking to keep our customers, their children and our staff safe. However, we continue to follow Government advice.
If anything changes then we will update our guidelines in accordance with new advice.
We want to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.

COVID-19 Announcement.
We are delighted to announce that we are now taking steps to start hiring inflatables again after temporarily closing due to the coronavirus outbreak. We are now operating strictly under the following conditions to help keep everyone safe:
All bookings must be made through our website at: https://www.bouncycastlesinderby.co.uk/
please note we will not be able to hire to you if anyone who will be using the bouncy castle is showing, or in the 14 days before the party, has shown any signs of the corona virus.
1. We will only hire to secure back gardens of houses and only members (e.g. children) of that SINGLE household are allowed on our equipment. Under no circumstances must you invite other family members not living with you or neighbours, friends etc round to play on our equipment.
2. You must stay indoors while we set up and collect our equipment.
3. Regrettably, we cannot carry equipment through your home. We must have clear access to your BACK garden (e.g. through a side entrance or back-gate, or temporary removal of a fence panel).
4. Our equipment will be professionally and carefully cleaned and sanitised before it is delivered to you.
5. If you do NOT have an outdoor socket, then your own 13 amp extension lead will need to be plugged in and put outside for us to plug into before our arrival.
6. Payment must be made on delivery in the correct domination
7. If anyone at the party (or who shares the same household) has any symptoms of COVID-19 or starts to develop symptoms during the hire then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must immediately be informed of this.
8. After collection, our equipment will be Quarantined taken back to our premises and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with industrial anti-Viral & bacteria disinfectant.
We then leave them in storage for a required period of time and our vehicles , storage units will also be sanitised before being hired again
9. Please respect social distancing of at least 2 metres at all times whilst we are in your back garden, especially when we are pointing out the safety guidelines for inflatable play.
10. Please note that when we arrive at your house, please have good access and have already decided as to where you would like the unit to be placed
